1 Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the entity operating the 555rr platform and each individual using the platform ("User"). These Terms take effect whenever you use the 555rr website, mobile application, or any related service.

The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines related to these Terms are also considered part of the same agreement. Users are required to read and follow those policies as well.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and written in Bengali for Bengali-speaking users. In the event of any ambiguity in language, the meaning of the original document shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account on 555rr and take part in any casino or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. If anyone under 21 is found operating an account, it will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended, any bonuses will be cancelled, and balances may be seized.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate and complete information — full name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address. Providing incorrect information will cause problems during account verification and may delay or cancel the withdrawal process.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. If unauthorised access is suspected, the 555rr support team must be notified immediately. The account must not be made accessible to third parties.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.2 Minimum Amount

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Processing may be delayed if account verification is incomplete or if unusual activity is suspected.

3.4 Transaction Conditions

The name on the payment method used for deposit must match the name registered on the account. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. If this condition is violated, the relevant funds will be returned and the account may be placed under review.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

555rr offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. Upon accepting the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before making a withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• While a bonus is active, it may only be used on the games specified in the bonus terms.
• If the bonus is not claimed before the offer's expiry date, it will be cancelled.
• 555rr reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 Preventing Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as claiming bonuses with multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any fraudulent activity — 555rr reserves the right to close the relevant account and cancel the bonus along with any winnings.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

555rr's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move to a higher tier based on regular play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated on the week's total losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

5.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. Cashback may be cancelled if not claimed within the specified time. 555rr reserves the right to update the details of the VIP program at any time.

6 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555rr platform:

• Opening or operating an account using fraudulent information.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users to artificially determine outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are breached, 555rr may close the account without prior notice, seize the balance, and take legal action where applicable. If fraud is proven, all winnings may be cancelled.

7 Gaming and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all casino games on 555rr are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. If a technical error occurs in any game's outcome, 555rr reserves the right to void the result of that round and the staked amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

The odds offered in sports markets are not a guarantee of any particular outcome; they are only indicators of statistical probability. If an event does not take place due to a match cancellation, weather, or any other reason, 555rr will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.3 Live Casino

In a live casino game, if a disconnection occurs before the round is successfully completed, the stake will be refunded. However, if the game result has already been determined, that result will be considered final.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be disclosed where required by law or upon request from authorities.

12 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

555rr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be taken to mean the user has accepted the new terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will be considered complete and will remain in effect. Any dispute under this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
